it's a 2021 bike, how many times have you fully charged the battery (roughly)? just saying that battery age and cycle count can definitely cause a noticeable drop in capacity, even with careful use
I'm with @b1kerChri55 about the battery aging. Your 2021 battery is nearly four years old now, and capacity naturally fades over time and charge cycles. Aside from that, the next thing to check is your tire pressure. This is a super common culprit since low pressure makes the motor work significantly harder, draining the battery faster. Also think about your recent riding. Are you riding more uphill or having more start or stops lately? Both drain the battery much quicker than steady cruising on flats. If those don't help, and if the battery is getting noticeably hot while riding or charging, you might want to have a dealer check the battery health for any internal issues!
