I’ve been a gas rider since I was a kid, but after trying a friend’s Emoto last weekend, I’m officially intrigued. It was way smoother than I expected, but now I’m in the rabbit hole trying to figure out what’s actually worth the cash
for those who made the jump, how’s the adjustment? Does the battery actually hold up for a solid trail day, or are you constantly staring at the percentage?

I mostly do trails and small jumps. Also, is the twitchy torque as scary as people say, or is it just a learning curve?
I'd love to hear what bikes you’d actually recommend for weekend trail play and if there's anything you wish someone had warned you about before you ditched the gas tank

Switched last year, mostly on local trails like yours. The battery lasts all day if you're chill with the throttle. That instant torque? It takes some getting used to, for sure.

After years of gas, I went electric! Those first rides were strange instant torque needs practice. You’ll get used to it, and it’s amazing for trails. The battery lasts way longer than I thought, even with jumps for half the day.

Switched from gas to electric last year hitting trails with smaller jumps like you. That instant torque scared me at first but you just have to get good at controlling it. The battery lasted longer than I thought it would. I wish I knew to adjust the suspension sooner!
