Suspension mod advice on Talaria Sting R MX4?

I've had my Talaria Sting R MX4 for over 6 months now and I think I'm ready to push it harder on technical singletrack and jumps. The stock suspension is bottoming out and feels harsh on rocky descents, even after tuning so I'm considering some customs or upgrades. I've seen the high-end options like the EXT Ferro or Arma, but I'm hoping there are any cost-effective spring or oil changes for the stock fork or shock that make a significant difference for a rider my weight? I'm about 180 lbs. Are the any other crucial trail mods you recommend? Thanks for the help!

Improving the stock suspension on your Sting R MX4 is definitely possible with some heavier springs and regular oil changes tailored to your weight. If you’re about 180 lbs, consider upgrading to fork springs that match that and using fresh 5W suspension oil. Also, make sure your sag settings are spot on before you invest in any costly upgrades.

For trail riding, it’s a good idea to check out stronger brake pads, quality grips, and a protective skid plate before you think about splurging on high-end suspension parts.
