You’ve just switched controllers and are diving into regen braking on your e-dirt bike. It’s a neat way to save battery life but now you’re trying to find that sweet spot for the trails especially when you’re heading downhill.

So, what settings are you using? Do you keep the regen on all the time, or do you tweak it depending on the ride?

Ever since I switched controllers, I've been messing with it. I started with a little regen, but now I turn it up a notch when I'm going downhill. It makes for a smoother ride without messing up my groove.

So, when I first switched controllers, I had the regen cranked up all the way. But after some dicey downhill rides, I started easing off. Now, I adjust it based on the trail, just to get a smoother feel.
