Have you been seeing changes in your battery's range as it gets older? It’s a common concern! Many people wonder if batteries naturally lose some of their range over time. Is anyone else feeling this?
My distance went down a little last season. I freaked out at first, but it turns out how I ride and the weather matter as much as the battery getting old.
My battery life isn't what it used to be. I mainly ride trails, so going uphill eats up more power now. It's still doable, but I watch the battery level more than before.
I’ve kept track of my e-bike distance for a year, and it's gone down a little. I guess it's just normal wear and tear, and maybe because I'm using full power more. It's not a big deal yet, though.
After riding for a couple of years, my distance has dropped a bit. Cold weather makes it way worse, and I see it on longer rides. I’ve changed how I use the throttle, and it's still good enough for day rides now.
I thought my battery was dying, but comparing rides, the distance drop is there, but not huge. I think it’s because it's getting old, the land, and how hard I ride. It's still enough for most weekend trips.
