What small upgrades actually make the Zero FX more fun?

Been riding my Zero FX mostly stock but I'm itching to tinker a little without draining the wallet. I'm not chasing more power or range right now... just small, affordable upgrades that change the feel of the bike in a good way.

I keep thinking about DIY stuff like wider bars, better grips, or swapping out the pegs for something with more bite. Maybe even messing around with lighting or storage options for short trips. For those of you who've played around with small upgrades... what actually felt worth it in terms of fun vs cost? i don't want to shell out big, since I'm setting aside maintenance budget.

I threw on some wider ProTaper bars and ODI grips, and it honestly made the ride way smoother without costing much. Swapped the pegs for IMS ones with more bite, which helped a ton when I hit dirt. You riding mostly streets or mixing in some trail time too?
