What regen setting do you prefer?

A quick question for the community, what's your go-to regen level on your machine? Do you usually go for strong, keep it light, or just turn it off? I'd love to know what works best for you and why you prefer it that way!

I usually set mine to high. When I first got my bike, I tried it on low, but I wore out my brakes way too fast. A strong regen feels better now, mostly when I'm going downhill for a while. It's like the bike is helping out, you know?

When I started riding, the strong regen felt too jerky, especially on those twisty trails. With the light setting, I get a little braking help but still have that smooth coasting feeling, which is perfect for me.

When I was still learning, I thought it was distracting and just stuck with using the brakes like I always did. It just feels more natural to me, you know? Especially when I'm on flat ground, I like being in complete control. So, yeah, I usually turn regen off when I ride.
