Turkey and sides sandwich

After Thanksgiving it’s all about the leftover sandwich for me turkey a hint of horseradish and any sides that are still good to go. What’s your go-to for using up leftovers?

I’m a big fan of turkey tacos picked that habit up while living in Arizona, and now it’s become my go-to for leftovers.

I also love whipping up a hearty turkey and stuffing melt started making those back when I was doing slate truck runs and really needed something filling.

And when I want to keep it simple, I turn it into a turkey chili, got that idea from a friend after one chilly Thanksgiving night spent on the road.
