my KTM SX E2 is overheating?

I've got a 2024 KTM SX E2, and I'm a little worried. I've only had it for a bit, but I've started noticing a burning smell coming from somewhere on the bike, and it feels like it's losing power. It gets all stuttery like it's about to cut out.

Is this a sign that my bike is overheating? What could be causing it, and what should I do? Any tips would be a huge help!

It might be getting too hot but it could also be a problem with the wires or the motor controller. The SX E2 has a safety feature that cuts power if things heat up too much. Have you looked at the wires near the battery or motor to see if anything's melted or loose?

Let it cool and inspect. Stop riding immediately and turn the bike off completely and let it cool down for at least a few hours. Do not open the battery pack or attempt any complex repairs. It's important to let the professionals handle an electrical issue involving burning smell coz it indicates a component failure that needs proper diagnosis and repair under the manufacturer's guidelines.
