You head out into the cold convinced it’s not that bad and then five minutes later, your fingers are frozen solid. It’s a winter tradition. Whether you’re in the woods at the workshop or just clearing the driveway everyone has their favorite way to warm up. Do you swear by gloves, hand warmers, heated grips, or maybe a clever little hack? What’s your personal favorite?

I always think I can handle winter, but after like, five minutes of shoveling, I'm regretting everything. I'm all about those cheap gloves, pockets, and coffee breaks okay, mostly the coffee. Learned my lesson after my fingers went numb once.

Used to work in this garage where it was always drafty, and I didn't wear gloves so I could feel what I was doing. Total newbie move. Now, I swear by those hand warmers you stick inside your gloves, with a little jumping jack action when nobody's looking.

Grew up shoveling snow before school, so I'm pretty stubborn. Every time, I start without gloves, my hands freeze right away, and then I give in and grab the heated gloves and a hoodie. The key is knowing when to quit.
