Easy way to set suspension sag at home

I just pulled my dirt bike out of the garage and it feels like the rear suspension is a bit off.

Before I hit the track, do you have a simple, at-home trick for adjusting the sag without needing any fancy tools?

I typically hop on the bike and give it a few bounces to see if the back feels too stiff or soft.
If something's off, I just adjust the preload by hand until it feels just right no need for any fancy tools.

An easy trick is to lift the bike, measure the sag with a tape measure from the axle to a set point, and then adjust the spring preload.
It’s a quick way to make sure everything’s right before you hit the track

I usually ask a friend to help with this while I’m sitting on the bike, they measure the sag.
If it’s not quite right, I tweak the preload with a wrench. It’s simple, but effective.
