Downsizing from a RMZ 450

I'm looking to get a new bike and I'm trying to figure out what would be a good fit. I traded for a brand new RMZ 450. I have a lot of experience on smaller bikes but this one is way too big. I can handle the power just fine. In fact, doing wheelies in third gear is easy but the bike is too tall for me. I am 5'10" and 135 lbs. I can barely get one foot on the ground. I am 19 and have been riding for about 5 years on bikes and quads. I'm worried I'll hurt myself on this bike. I am thinking about getting a different bike and I'm not sure what to get.

What would be a good downgrade from a 450. I want something that still has good power. What's the difference in size between a 125 2 stroke and a 250 2 stroke. Do you think a 250 4 stroke is the right choice for me. What are some good options. Thanks.

I'm about your size and had a similar experience jumping from smaller bikes to a 450 it was fun but felt like too much. A 250 four-stroke hits a nice balance and won't wear you out as fast. Are you riding mostly trails or hitting the track too? That could help figure out what's going to feel right for you

AFAIK, full-size bikes are of the same height and I think the 80s and 150s are a in the middle size range. Best gauge is... you're good to go if you can get at least one toe down on one side with your butt scooted over. If both hyour feet are flat on the ground, that's way too small for you.
