Best way to test motor phase resistance

I just got my first e-dirt bike and I’m having a blast riding it, but sometimes the motor gives me a bit of trouble.
I’ve been trying to figure out those pesky intermittent phase issues.

Does anyone have a quick and reliable method to catch them before they cause real problems?

I've been in that situation. I typically check the continuity and resistance across the phases while the bike is off.
Those intermittent spikes often pop up right before the motor really starts acting up.
