Best motocross cornering so far

I was looking at pictures of riders highlighted great cornering form. Most of them follow a solid visual reminder of what we should all be doing.

He's looking way up and ahead, not at his front tire.
His finger is on the clutch and ready to go.
And his elbow is up because this gives him more control.
He also has his outside leg out and his butt on the outside edge of the seat.

Do you have any other tips that help you with your cornering?

Do you have any other tips that help you with your cornering?
One thing that always helped me was weighing the outside peg. It really plants the bike and gives you more bite through the turn. I also tell younger riders to roll on the throttle smoothly instead of stabbing at it, because that keeps the rear tire hooked up. Do you usually practice corners in a flat field or only when you're out on the track?
