Anyone tried solar charging setups?

Curious if anyone has given solar charging a shot for their bikes or other equipment. How does it hold up in real-life scenarios?

Gave it a shot with a 200W panel and an MPPT controller. It works well for trickle charging but full battery cycles can take quite a while if there's not enough sunlight. It's a solid backup option but wouldn't rely on it as my main solution.
