my cousin just got a 2018 Alta Redshift MXR shipped in from a dealer in Texas, and we’re already stuck at a standstill. we can’t get the thing to charge for the life of us. it just keeps throwing that Stopped 103 code every time we plug it in.
we’ve tried everything, like multiple circuits in the house and garage, plus a custom pigtail to go from 220v to 110v. we even bypassed the adapter and wired a 110v plug directly to the charger, but still nothing. The dealer claimed it had the latest firmware, but we’re starting to wonder.
the GFCI on the rapid charger is lit up, so it's getting juice, but the bike isn't biting. Should we try bypassing the GFCI next, or is there some hidden trick to getting these things to handshake? we're pretty clueless, anyone seen this before?
