Need help with lights on '24 Varg

I’m new to e-dirt bikes and have a 2024 Stark Varg. After riding all weekend, I tried to update the bike Sunday night. I held the button like I did before, but the bike turned off and now only goes into standby mode. I’m red-green color blind, so the blinking lights might as well be Morse code from Mars.

Now it won’t go into idle and it starts in gear if I’m not careful. Does anyone know how to reset it or decode it? The manual doesn’t help much.

If your Stark Varg is caught in a firmware update loop or stuck in safe mode, you can try performing a hard reset. Just disconnect the battery for about 30 seconds and then plug it back in. If that doesn’t do the trick, there's a chance the update didn't finish properly.

It’s best to reach out to Stark Future support directly since incomplete firmware updates can render the controller unusable. They’re able to diagnose the issue remotely or guide you through recovery steps. And please, avoid trying to ride it while it's in gear, that could be dangerous due to messed-up motor controller settings.

Thanks for this! My cousin just got a Stark Varg and ran into this update loop after trying to install the latest firmware over Wi-Fi in his garage. He did the battery reset but it’s still stuck in safe mode. Did anyone get past this without sending the bike in? And does Stark need the VIN or controller serial to start remote diagnostics?
