Weird plate combos you swear by?

I don’t have a plate pic to show you yet but I keep thinking about those odd combinations that just work. When I was a kid I used to sneak cranberry sauce onto my mashed potatoes everyone thought it was weird but I was convinced it was fantastic. Now it’s a tradition I can’t miss. What’s the strangest (but super tasty) combo that always makes it to your plate?

I’ve always loved slathering gravy over my turkey and sweet potatoes. What started as a little kid experiment has turned into a must-have combo for me!

Oh, I’m with you on that! My strange favorite is crushed-up potato chips on a tuna salad sandwich. The salty crunch mixed with the creamy tuna is unbeatable. It started as a kid's thing, and now I can’t imagine it any other way.
