Just checking out how dielectric grease works on connectors, silicone conformal coating on circuit boards, and gasketed boxes with IP67 ratings. So far, they're doing great in the rain and mud. What has worked for you all?

Using dielectric grease on connectors and IP67 enclosures is a great idea. Also consider adding heat shrink tubing with an adhesive lining on wire splices and using potting compound for important parts. Conformal coating is effective too but remember to reapply it after any repairs to keep that protection intact

Think about using vent plugs on sealed boxes to stop pressure and moisture issues. Edge-sealed gaskets are great for board safety. Don't put parts close to where the box joins together, either.
